With over five years of experience in customer service roles, Erin brings a client-focused approach to every interaction, ensuring clarity and professionalism. She plays a key role in maintaining organized records, supporting case preparation, and facilitating smooth communication between clients and teams. Before joining the firm, Erin picked up military housing management experience while supporting her husband’s journey in the U.S. Marine Corps. These days, when she’s not working, you’ll probably find her camping with her family and two dogs Bo and Ozzy. She also spends her evenings sharing her love of baton twirling, helping kids build confidence and have fun through their creativity.
